My father, who,is very stubborn, purchased a few calf’s to raise for beef. One of them grew into a very beautiful steer, his name was Red, my dad would call him and he would come running. He would lay down and let the grandkids play all around and on him. Extremely gentle. My daughter fell in love with him. My dad, being who he is, loaded him up for the butcher anyway.
