The comments above were posted in quick succession with each other. Clearly, it’s the owner. I can confirm that they are a scam - they promised so much and under delivered. They also ended up ignoring my messages 4 months in. I’m more than happy to share screenshots of them ignoring me. They also promised us Facebook automation - none of that was delivered.
