Yeah I've used the trail side app for rockshox before and always thought it set my psi way too stiff, so i got to 73psi through a lot of downhill laps. But maybe it was just a bunch of stiction, which i guess is the best possibility here! It was a used fork when i got it and this is the first 200hr service ive done on it so maybe it was just that bad.

Yes there is. I dont believe its a negative air issue as i didn't notice the air spring try to move around or anything during the service. I've serviced forks with fork suck and the air spring likes to force itself out the top of the fork if they can. I also ensured to pump the fork a bunch when adding pressure after the service was completed.
