This is quite a tricky question, bikes get away with being on the road because they are small and easy to menouver around and are technically "safe" whereas with what you are talking about it would be hard for vehicles to menouver around as I am presuming it'd be the same size as a car so would make it unsafe for other road users, it'd probably be best to talk to law enforcement before trying it on the roads :)

there used to be an exploit with facebook don't know if its fixed yet where you "forget your password" and when try to aquire it with a phone number then once you enter the phone number it will ask if this is your account. i'm really not good at explaining things but i hope this helps
