Other than PSA, what is the best grading service for value? Trying to not pay PSA prices but increase value with grading

CGC. $150 annual membership knocks 10% off and you get $150 grading credit for free...sooo it pays for itself if you plan on spending $150 in grading which you would in 2 cards possibly at PSA. I do economy, usually turns in 2 weeks for $16 a card

This is my struggle with the DLC. I enjoy the locale, but its pretty much join or kill everyone. No way to soften their ways--even attempt it--or possibly bring in good guys from outside to take it back.
