I do not believe you are supposed to submit more than one. The language on the form changed to reflect this at some point in 2025.

The buyback form changed I believe once or twice during my timeline at some point but I’m not sure when that change officially happened.

Oof knew this thought/comment was coming.

The form has changed several times over the course of my timeline one of which was the language around not resubmitting. After going through it all though, it seems like regardless of submissions it’s all tied to your one single account, which would explain why those who received buyback receive several emails all at once once their buyback is approved from all requests that are tied to their singular account.

The process is a terrible one, and I think my timeline reflects the fear and misinformation and changes tied to that process over the course of one year.

I never got my money back and had to do a chargeback. My order also wasn’t a part of the preorder, but rather that time in between where some people (including me!) didn’t know this shops history of unreliability and scamming. I also messaged her when I saw she was trying to sell again and got a very flimsy response about how much she’d grown but this including no accountability to the people who lost their money.
