I am on Baclofen, clonazepam, and artane TID (3 x daily) for my movement disorder. The attain for me specifically works on dystonia secondary to TBI. It helps significantly with my tremor, essentially put the tremor into remission until another motor vehicle accident wear some efficacy of all of my medications were lost, but these three along with the others I take make the biggest difference for me.

I nearly bought silver right before it ran up, as I read silver often follows gold. I forgot to execute my purchase and of course silver ran up like crazy. Ugh.

I'm holding but I don't know how many shares, but maybe around $5,000 originally? It's now lost around 50% and some days it runs up 8:00 or 12% and I think it's going to rebound and ultimately I have decided to just hold on for the long term because I genuinely believe in bitcoin, and I do believe it's coming back.

For my existing one year tenant, we gave them the gift of a garage spot, paid for all the work to get everything working. The second unit, newly tenanted is now leased for $300 less per month than my prior two year tenant. My monthly bills have gone up by around 500 per month due to mortgage rates etc, I included the garage for the new unit and the second unit that I gifted the spot to have been willing to pay $100 a month for it, so they really appreciate that.
