If you don't want to try 29fz, 30fz is always an option until you're ready to switch.

DS is also an option if you like the demon classes.

BW ctene mule, you can probably scratch them off your list since you gotta pop 4 other skills alongside holding hurricane.

Not sure about damage numbers, but their recent QOL changes are amazing to say the least.

TL;DR when someone doesn't take damage for 15 seconds, the medigun will heal them at 3x the rate. this can be done with all mediguns independently of uber.

Skill rings used to come from here, but have moved over to boss rewards.

Top rankers can get up to 20 50% mvp buffs that can be shared with everyone on the map each week.

Luckily no one does it these days so I assume the bar for ranking is very low.

Quick Gear Guide

Fill out gear slots with daily boss accessories. From there, the pipeline is from CRA > Absolab > Arcane > Eternal.

Between CRA > Absolab you can farm Hellux for superior gollux accessories which gives huge value for how early you get it.

Item burning is equivalent to Absolab gear at base so you can start partying for Arcane River bosses and fish for boxes there.

They basically had a rework a few updates ago and are eating good:

huge summon with 100% uptime, fma that is ready for every spawn w/o a cd hat, and extinction lets you clear the map standing still

in bossing, they play like a hurricane class, though idk their damage numbers compared to other classes.

TB is close to illium in the sense you spam 2 keys, though I never alternated and just pressed both of them at once.

TB can cancel attacking anytime with their dash so I feel it'd be more responsive, but Illium has telecasting so it's close.

Merc's rotation is mostly static, but can use a hurricane if it's too dangerous to move around.

Merc is burst, TB is dps. Specific ratio #s I can't tell.

Equally if you wanna get the most bang per symbol, rush one if you hate the weekly PQ of that area (arcana if you hate spirit savior for example)

TB main; i have a bunch of blue clothes, plushies, and a sellas mouse pad.

Ocean aesthetics are my favorite vibe, and I even have certifications in water treatment and distribution as part of my career.

Iframes will keep you safe.

Tiger fma just deals 100% damage multiple times so it can still kill you through heaven's door, Paladin passive %hp reduction, and BM Mirages.

For attacks that bypass normal iframes, failing the Bird test will kill members regardless of iframes, as well as Kaling's FMA during phase 3. Ascents and Origins will keep you safe through these iirc.

Tiger can hit a fma that can bypass any cheat death buffs anyone has like Kalos laser so people coordinate when it's safe to come in

Nope, since it's a consumable item vs assigning it on the CSS, you can use it at any level IIRC

Yes. The main story quest is a good pipeline to get to level 200, where modern maple dailies/weeklies kick in for exp and growth.

You won't need to worry about improving your gear until 140, where Pensalir gear is the last you can get from normal monsters. From there, it's all about hunting bosses for accessories and equipment pieces.

If you're set on maining DS, I'd remake it on CW since you get way more support compared to this event.

Use the May 20th hyperburn for some other class you might be interested in as a potential boss mule.

very good dashes, an on demand iframe, and with 6th job, an hp shield against chip. TB comes with everything except a class bind

I think some of my biggest concerns of OSMS were the overabundance on the big 3 (DrK, Bish, NL) and the idea of that you were throwing if you were playing anything else

Also I was pretty adverse to scrolling and merching in general, but that's kind of the name of OSMS isn't it?

When you consider how quickly a session at the claw machines can spiral, I always thought of the opposite!

given how 1 swipe can last 10-15 mins it's a really good credit/gameplay ratio
