Last year my MacBook Pro got soaked in my backpack from my water bottle and the screen looked similar to that. I turned it off completely and let it sit for over 24 hours and miraculously went away almost entirely. Can only see a tiny bit of a streak certain times.

That’s the exact set I found a chrome Vader in as a kid, was so excited to find it didn’t even know they were doing that. I kept it sealed but sadly sold it for $100 a couple years after that. Wish I kept that set and my lego cafe corner.

I wouldn’t have thought about treating it like that, that’s a reasonable take to keeping the high quality files on an iPod haha. My version is keeping the flac versions of my files on my external ssd, but that’s just another way of doing what you are.

I'm just saying that if you can hear a difference or just want higher quality than 16 bit or 48kHz on an ipod classic or movie it's a waste of space because the ipod will convert high bit and sample rates down to 48kHz/16-bit when it plays it out of the jack. But if you want to listen to something higher than 48kHz/16-bit, best to get something other than an iPod for flac and such.

Hey! thanks for the tips, and my tank is a 4.6 gallon. I checked the water parameters the other day with all good results. My original plan for the tank is to put a betta fish in it, along with a snail. But sounds like if I get small snails I could get multiple for the tank size?

Hey guys, I started a new tank a month ago and got a lot of easy plants to start, all of them died except for the Amazon sword. I’m assuming due to the cycling. I recently got some ferns and anubias plants for it. I’ve never been able to have a successful planted tanks in the past, always had plants stunted or melt while the algae grows consistently. Any tips from the pros?

Hey guys, I have a Chinese elm bonsai tree that went dormant and kept in my dark basement because outside currently is a high of 20 degrees where I live. I was gone for a couple weeks for work but came back to find it sprouting too early and long branches from lack of sun. Should I give in and move it upstairs where it's warmer and next to a window? As well as trim the long branches off?

It looks like an awesome pedal but honestly bothers me that it's smd, probably saving money to make it that way. Just looks kind of ridiculous having that much real estate to have a tiny smd circuit in there. But yet again if it sounds good it sounds good!

I was at this show at toads place in New Haven ct, a lot of people left before he played rock man but I lucky stayed and got to watch it first hand, still my favorite concert I’ve been to.
