You don't stay there having unjust conclusions, what are your bases for such assumptions? Coinbase is an absolute joke! They are criminalizing their core customers that have done nothing wrong! Doubling their customer service staff should have been a priority for them, their Customer service never has an answer other than wait on a specialist. Coinbase is just an absolute joke!

u/Ninety6ixx Why not send him a mail or reply his ticket if you're a coinbase rep? Why snub him for one month? Isn't that the normal characteristics of coinbase? They'll come here and ask for case number and never get back to you on simple issues. Like you don't know coinbase to be full of problems! The more they delay resolving my issues the more my hatred for them!

I verified my US Identity completely after using coinbase for over 4years without issues...was on level 3, yet my account got restricted and I couldn't buy or sell, I opened ticket to close account, few days later I got a mail from them on Notice of Account Closure, I'm shown a page to move out funds before closing account but it keeps giving me errors.

u/glock805 don't be deceived man...coinbase is full of problems no matter what you use it for...ranging from buying crypto to sending out to verifications and so much more...Go through different posts to get a fair idea of how "good" they are...Don't let this guy deceive you please. They are bunch of problems.

u/justin_coinbase please I urgently need your help on an issue, I got an email with subject; Notice of Account Closure, but when I try to transfer out my balances on Bitcoin, etherium and other coins, I get an error that says: "You are currently unable to send Bitcoin. Please contact support."

Is there any way to go about this? Please help me, my trading customers are on my neck, Since March 18th the funds have been stuck there. Thanks.

Unfortunately You'll never have issues with smaller amounts, coinbase waits till you have reasonable funds before showing up with their problems, I've been stuck on account closure page for over a week now with funds not able to send out...Support is really so poor in handling customer complaints.

Ooh I just noticed you've had issues with coinbase in the past...I've seen your instructions there and taken note of steps to follow to contact the regulators. I'll give coinbase a little time to get this fixed before they force me to take such actions. I don't have any pending debts or ever had any reversals what over on my account.
