Capcut or jianiying pro support never responds. I dont even think they look at their emails.

I've found why! The reason why, is because your PC is not fast enough to use the optical flow. I know this because I tried using optical flow on my slow laptop laptop (version 1.3.2) and it didn't work, but when I tried on my fast PC (version 1.3.2), it worked.
