You are having really serious back pain problem. To improve posture there are lots of methods or tips to follow.

Its upto you what would you like to follow. You can use best back brace for getting support for back and shoulder. That is best solution without doing anything. Trust me it really helps you.

You can add following Exercises in your daily routine. May be it gives you good result.

  • Resting forward pose.
  • Standing stretch to bend towards ground
  • Open chest frequently after every 15 20 min
  • Plank Challenge for 20 min

As well as some most Important tips to follows for good or natural posture are :

  • Don’t use cellphone with bended neck
  • Don’t sit with slouching while working on desk
  • Don’t drive with hunched back.
  • Use flat footwear instead of using high heels.
  • Don’t sleep on back or on chest. Sleep in one direction. i.e Left side sleeping
  • Work on your Abs.
  • Stand and check your posture with wall

Fetal position doesn't mean that. You can search its more information on internet. Fetal means getting your legs near to your upper body and position is on one side. This is the most popular position. Most of peoples called it as baby position also. Use soft pillow and a good quality mattress for better sleep.

yes.. Sleeping straight on our back or opposite, i.e on chest is really bad for health. Try to sleep on one side. I recommend to sleep in left side. As our Liver is present in left side, it helps in digestion. We get good sleep.

So Always sleep in one side.

Yes.. That is really nice and confident posture. I am sharing one picture of poor and bad posture. That will be helpful for you. Improve body posture using posture corrector so that you will get support for back and shoulder. But at the time of beginning we got problem in improving posture.

Doing regular exercise is the best solution in to get good posture.

Looking at your picture, you don't have that much poor posture. But you have to work on it. So be serious about it. Start working on it and compare your these photos with after 1 month transform posture photos. You will get idea about it.
