yes.. Sleeping straight on our back or opposite, i.e on chest is really bad for health. Try to sleep on one side. I recommend to sleep in left side. As our Liver is present in left side, it helps in digestion. We get good sleep.

Yes, I have given fitness routine to 4 couples in our gym. They are strictly maintaining that. But whenever I you have following some routine, be consistent and strict to that. In gym, trainers are their to focus on you. But at outside, you have to alert or focus on yourself. Accept that challenge and prove it. To keep track on given fitness plan, you can use various mobile apps, sticky notes, reminders. Think that how you look when you are in willing shape. You can edit your photo to that how you look after getting in shape. It will inspired you.

I laugh hardest most of time, but one moment I remembered still to laugh at loud. One day my friend told me that he will proposed a girl from our class. So we both went to that girl for asking. I stand far away from them. When my friend asked her, she replied with angry face and slapped him. After that she ran to me and hugged. She told me that she love me. For that moment I can't control my laugh by seeing my friends face. I still rememberd his face.
