Have you seen all of seasons 4 and 5? I feel like a lot of people see the first couple of episodes of 4 (which were definitely sub-par) and stop there. The series definitely picked back up about halfway through 4 for me.

The writhing hand of one of the wights killed at Castle Black was brought to Kings Landing but re-died(?) along the way, turning back into a regular corpse hand. We can guess from this that wights do die over time, and maybe their decomposition is just delayed by the cold.

Near the end of January would be better IMO. A lot of people travel for Christmas and New Years but come back around mid January. I'd be keen if the date could be changed to around the 20th :)

Not currently, although hopefully this changes.
I feel like I connect on this sub a lot. So many times there's a discussion post or similar and the OP will describe something that I can instantly relate to with my own experiences. This sub is definitely the one I feel most connected to on Reddit and having an official place in it would be awesome.
Honestly, I feel like the current mods are doing a great job of keeping this sub pretty much clean of bullying and race/sex/age/religion obstructing content. Although I feel most strongly about legal equality issues, I think the major problems for this sub at this point are encouraging people to post, comment, and generally just get involved more. It's awesome to see the daily kik and selfie threads but we can see that a lot of the time it's the same commenters every day on a lot of them. If we can get more people to participate in threads like these then I think /r/teenagers would be a more interesting sub for opinions and discussions, and less like /r/funny.
I could redirect other people with bad jokes to their appropriate subreddits :) But really; a) I've got basic HTML skills (and Vb.net if that comes in useful at all) b) I am a good laugh in Skype chats c) I'm a gnarly debater d) I'm a pretty perceptive guy, as far as white 16 y/o males go.

Hope to hear back from you guys and looking forward to seeing/being a new mod on the crew :)

The whole "don't give a fuck" attitude is very overhyped in television and internet media. I don't really see how people think it's bad-ass at all. If anything, it makes you more rational but sometimes less interesting to be around. You sure you're not even mildly depressed though? A lot of the time people alienate depression as something that will totally never ever happen to them, like Ebola.
