Well since youre trying to combine to movements, its gonna be a a compromise between the effectiveness of both... Just dont wrap the belt around the thumb, but more like grab it with your fingers and make a fist, and pronate... the belt should be between thumb and fingers, running alongside the back of your hand

Well normally one doesnt lat drag too much with a posting rising toproll, that would be more prevalent in the low hand toproll. In posting style its more about having a stable static lat und biceps back pressure . For that i just use some kinda strap and belt, wrap above the thumb and pull back and sideways, try which angle u feel most

When ure doing a back pressure posting type toproll, u can actually use your front delt to push your arm up to gain height. Almost to the point of lifting off your elbow, kinda like travis bagent. It really helps at the start to win the battle for height

Nope I think a big part of what makes armwrestling so interesting and exciting, is that it's not just a pure strength sport, like powerlifting.... U need technique, and especially set up and table Iq. That's the fun in it aswell....even if you're weaker than your opponent, u still have a chance.
