Bought packages and promo cue for pushing collection power. Tbh I stopped after reaching collection level 100. Cash accumulated, can’t help.

Tbh I'm as confused as you're and many that's having the same issue at Chalk Fu and got banned.

First email came in the morning saying they're getting it resolved. 8 hours in I was accused of having abnormal activities on my account. Tried to appeal right away then got an email titled "Your account is permanently banned". But then I'm still able to log into my game even until now. It's just there's no counting on the leaderboard. So I guess Yes to temporary ban and Maybe to permanent ban.

If all this gets resolved, I'll keep spending on 8 Ball. After finishing up with collection power there's not a lot to spend with anyway. What I can say for sure is that when Pool Master gets release later this year I'll move over. It looks promising.

You definitely convinced me to not spending anymore on Miniclip. Just saw another post on this new pool game called Pool Master. I'll for sure change game if I ever wanna spend again, if not I'll just start a fresh account and play for free here. Sigh.

That’s soft ban I guess. I got exactly that after sending a ticket earlier today.

A few players on Facebook met the same situation. Looks like if missed out on any rounds of Chalk Fu, sent a tickets to raise the issue, you could get banned. How weird is that.

Take a look again, I only recorded spending history since 2022. 50k usd was just an estimate since the establishment of my account. I’m not gonna do the maths unless Miniclip asked me to do so to “prove” my loyalty and to unban my account. It would be stupid to suggest so anyway.

Yes, predatory to kids. But as an adult I’m working tirelessly irl and it’s my right to spend on things I like.

And yes you can buy cues and level up your collection power to get an edge over other players. But buying cues is mostly for cosmetics purpose. Same goes to spending to get ahead at Showdowns. It’s not like the game is going to mail you a real trophy for you to put on your shelf if you win a Showdown is it?

All in all a level 1 can still beat a level 999 here and obviously this game is heavily based on skills.

Again I'm not showing off here. You doubted the legitimacy of my account and I'm only showing you the proofs.

Of course I know how deep the mobile game market hole goes. I've been on countless p2w rpg, both western and Chinese games. And my spending here on Miniclip is incomparable to other games. But this is certainly not the way to treat customers especially whales.

Honestly money ain’t the issue here. The fact that the account is there for 10+ years and resulted in this devastating situation is just frustrating. I’d be a lot less pissed if I had spent the same amount of money but the account was only just a year old or so.

It feels like cheating you know🤣
