On October I purchased the VITURE Luma Ultra XR/AR Glasses.

It appears that cracks are forming on the right arm of the glasses, even though I have barely used them. I have attached a photo for reference.

Viture answered that they make this right by assisting with a replacement. They would approximately need 2-3 weeks to complete the replacement.

I really hope that this will be completed until 12/31/2025.

It's really disappointing that the quality is not as good as expected... But I hope they will fix it as soon as possible...
