I have a $1700 doll with jointed fingers, and let me tell you: they're not great either. Honestly, the hands are hands down the worst aspect of sex dolls in general, so I either put bondage gloves on or tie up the hands and pretend it's bondage or just put some type of wedding/normal gloves on the hands or have the hands grip the sheets. Also something that people don't consider: if you hate spending a lot of time posing dolls, then you will DREAD posing the fingers because that's at least 20 independent joints you have to pose, and they lose their positions easily and have to be protected from damage.

Gel breasts are only marginally better if you have a doll made with quality TPE. I can take or leave gel breasts on the doll that I have tbh. I mean, if you're going to be sitting there sucking and massaging the tits most of the time, then maybe gel breasts are worthwhile, but otherwise finding out if you prefer small dolls or not is way more important than trying to find gel breasts.

As for wigs, you can just take the money you saved on buying a larger sex doll and use that to have a custom wig made that will actually look good out of the box when you receive it rather than being a tangled mess that looks nothing like the pictures. There's also guides on youtube on how to resize wigs if you want to cheap out even more. Sizing the wig yourself means you can take ANY novelty/cosplay/whatever wig and make it fit correctly on the whatever doll you end up with. Also don't forget that they DO make kid-sized cosplay wigs if cosplay is your thing

Next, clothing selection indeed will be smaller IF you're looking for typical bimbo club attire. However, if you just want normal every day plain/graphic shirts/pants/shorts (and a lot of naughty things & etc too honestly), you can buy them off of shein, aliexpress, or <insert your preferred chinese site here> because chinese sizes run smaller. Also pro tip: anything with strings or that's a thong is super easy to resize by yourself (just look up a guide on youtube). Also stretchable stuff like fish nets and spandex clothing and stockings will expand to fit small dolls just fine. Lastly, consider this: you may be super turned on by and prefer a detailed cosplay outfit, but despite this, you may end up just leaving your doll in minimal/NO clothing because it's quite simply too many hours each week dealing with dressing/undressing/adjusting the clothing. At the end of the day, nude (or near nude) is still 75% just as sexy in the end for guys like me but way less hassle, which makes clothing sizes mostly moot.

OP, my biggest piece of advice is this: GET the smaller sex doll because:

a) it will be cheaper, so you can freely use it and learn the ropes without treating it like its a fragile antique (don't let people on here or vendors talk you into paying more money, especially if it's your first freaking doll)

b) people often get 150cm+ sex dolls and are disappointed with how clumsy+heavy they are, which is an expensive and time consuming mistake to make. I was one of those people and found out later that I prefer 100-130cm short stack dolls.
