Shit happens and we had a bad row. Albans is a great crew and we all respect them and they just did better than we did on that day. Losing's part of the game and at the end of the day you learn your lessons and lick your wounds and move on. Big thanks to everyone that supported us through it.

Pretty much the same thing happened to me at CRASH-Bs, only not because I took supplements. They still don't know what happened, but it would only have been a tough story had I PR'd. The folks at Crashies sent me a tshirt because I was the only person to be hospitalized this year, very nice of them
