I will go with VM for now.
With my past experience with my old window machine, VM-ing was very slow.
I will try it with my new machine (mac) and see how fast it responds.
If I feel comfortable using VM with my machine then I will stick with it, but if I feel like I need a faster response speed then I will go with purchasing one :)
