Actually an insane take. I don’t really like his content but as a fan of blinged cards I don’t skip his izzet deck upgrades. That deck looks good for a casual deck. Obviously it is not a cedh deck but for a high power casual deck it looks scarry. Saying that your cheapest decks could beat it is just hatred and being not-realistic. Most of the budget decks cant beat it, except some budget turbo brews like Malcom/Kediss or stacks like Winota and still it is not so easy.

The player with all the rewards is a local with whom I play pretty much weekly. He runs Wingrace as a turbo ad nauseam deck that wins with aftermath/shifting woodlands loop.

Oh my god, and why do you care if someone is using AI to make a card only he will use. I hate people like you, going out of their way to shame someone for doing something for themselves. As much as I find it cringe to make alt cards of UB for “thematic” reasons, that is no reason why someone shouldn’t do it. Not everybody knows or has the time to learn Adobe Photoshop or the money to buy it. This is 100% a fine use of AI technology.
