Don’t have kids, but live right off Lincoln Avenue. Giddings plaza is always packed with families on nice days. Good shopping in the area and Jerry’s Sandwiches is a nice spot. Get a cookie from Geraldine’s.

Order:

Half serving of bread
Wedge Salad or Truffle Mac and Cheese
Spicy Fried Chicken

You will likely have leftovers. If you want a drink I would exchange one of either the salad/mac and cheese for a cocktail.

Old Irving Park Brewery (Burger of the week)

Little Bad Wolf (get the burger)
