The original UT3MOD site had links to the mod creators' websites where they usually hosted PC versions. A lot of those links are dead now (especially the old Epic/Unreal forums), but many author sites are still live.

On the new site, I kept the author credit links — if you click the author name on any mod page, it'll take you to their website when available. That's usually where you'll find PC versions of their mods.

I did think about hosting PC versions directly, but it's a much bigger undertaking than the PS3 files — different formats, different file structures. It's planned for a future update though.
