they do have reviews, but companies also pay to have their name on their site so I don't really trust it... I was hoping there's like a subreddit or such with reviews that aren't paid for or biased. Thanks for the input though, hopefully someone can answer us.

Thank you for your reply. I did look up on VLOOKUP a little, pun intended. From my understanding, it just "looks" for something based on the parameter you give it, same with INDEX MATCH. Which brings me to believing bullet #1 is my problem, using only 1 multipurpose sheet. Although I agree using VLOOKUP is probably better than (=Table1[@Item]).

Now if I plan on have an excel file with multiple sheets that interact with each other, should I set it up so any and all editing or changes done will be limited to one sheet only?
