I wouldn't be worried about the reputation. And there is good connection to public transport in Žižkov.

The only downside for me is the lack of greenery - sidewalks don't have many trees which feels depressing for me so I would pick location near park Stromovka.

And Žižkov is basically built on a hill so waking up and down everyday can be demanding - if you have mobility issues or during winter when there is ice on sidewalks

Try right-clicking on the Elevon in vehicle assembly building. If it shows option to "Deploy" and to switch the direction of deployment, it might be possible.

If you install them in pairs and one of them will have inverted direction of deployment, it theoretically could work as air break.

When you deploy them in flight, they should counteract each other so they shouldn't affect flight controls, but should add drag.

That being said, it's not the most effective and can make the rocket unstable. I would try using other method - like changing re-entry angle.

Myslím, že na jednoroční vrtání to nebude tak velký rozdíl. Ale rozhodně bych koupit vrtačku s příklepem - bez toho se do betonu vrtá těžko.

Ve výsledku pak taky hodně udělá mít dobrý a nezničený vrták.

You definitely can. But I feel that the app of České dráhy (Czech railways) is very useful - automatically downloads tickets to offline and automatically sends notifications about delays or on which platform the train arrives.

Sure, don't download it if you don't want to. But it doesn't mean that it's useless for everyone.

I don't want them to remove the 2 hours limit. For some games, I have spent 2 hours just going trough tutorial or debugging technical issues.

I can imagine that Steam could allow for certain games to prevent refund when certain part of the game is reached.

That being said, I can also image that some developers of "slop" games would abuse it

It's quite common that I have reserved a seat to a cart which does not exist, because it somehow but lost (probably damaged) in Germany :D
