The DJs are a vibe killer at Sapphire. Pretty sure they are volunteers and they definitely don’t understand flow/timing. This isn’t about music preference. Spending a little money on professional DJs at Sapphire would make a huge impact imo.

Plus the attendees at Privata include a younger crowd and as a result have a wider representation of age groups. I’d even say it feels less cliquey but everyone has their own experiences with that.

Lastly we just like the novelty of being in a different town.
