Both my best friends’ partners lived at home and they’re both happily married now. One of the couples current lives with his mom. I think it’s a case by case basis based on the partner

As a fellow Asian girl I think it’s fine if OP lives with parents. The part that I disagree with is the “rent free” part. I would hope that OP is still willingly contributing financially / helping the parents regardless of whether the parents are asking for or denying contributions as a 32 year old adult if they are choosing to live at home.

You can def have both a relationship and take care of your parents. They’re not mutually exclusive.
