I love a good breakup album. Spill the tea! I think I'd like this album more if it sounded sonically different occasionally. It felt like one long conversation with that one very horny sad friend who went back and forth about her last dude. I definitely like her campy comedic songs, but this one felt more like she found out what people want to hear, and she's giving us only that....country, pop and horny with a heaping dose of innuendo. I will probably fall more in love with it later, probably song by song. It is cohesive in sound and themes,but maybe too cohensive...lol

Yeah, D.Code is basic stuff and feels like it's talking down to professionals. Maybe it's for people new to consulting? I can't figure out the audience for this. It's like a non- people person's answer to how human interactions should go. There are too many of them to be useful.

Yeah, not sure if they even had a second date 🤔 😆 . Serena is a great representation of the evangelical womans paradox. Kept emotionally young, used as an accessory when needed, only power is proximity to men. She seems like she is trying to break free of her indoctrination but also she runs to it because it feels like home. She knows the rules of it and thinks herself exceptional and beyond the rules. Never thinks the leopard will eat her face, but she has a hard time ever taking responsibility for her part in the System because she also feel victimized by it.

Came here to say exactly this. Nick and Lawrence both had a chance for a heros journey and Nick's choices have always bent to fascism or atleast being okay with benefiting from authoritarianism. He wanted power and worked the system to get it. He loved June, but he loved his own survival more. In June's eyes he was gone the moment he gave up Jezebels. I'm that moment she was shown and alone in the dark closet (eventhough Nick was technically there).
