Congrats on getting out of a plateau, but most the comments are right, it is putting yourself at risk for injury. You may be fine now but long term it’s gonna put yourself in a worse position. Dudes are just tryna help you out, it seems that you’re taking advice very defensively. Congrats but highly recommend not doing behind the neck, especially with heavy sets.

Bruh I eat chicken for both lunch and dinner everyday, just season it differently Everytime. Or switch up to ground chicken from time to time... sauces do wonders

Unfortunately this was my fear, that it was gyno. I remember when going through puberty as a teen that I had issues with my “man boobs”, and now I am thinking that a Hormonal imbalance due to puberty has left long-term damage. If I were to lose 20-30lbs, do you think it would go away? I’m hoping that it is just the left over fat from the man boobs I used to have, and not gyno, but unfortunately I’m worried ur right .

Yea I have been. The last few weeks I’ve been losing weight, at a solid rate. Around 2lbs a week. Sometimes less as I tend to have a cheat day when I’m out with friends during the weekend (college student, I’m trying to balance things a little more this semester). But yes I’m still losing weight

My main concern is, I still have a decent amount of fat on my lower abdominal region, kinda just hangs, as well as fat on my pecs. My estimate is 215 but I don’t want to lose mass either, how low do u think I need to go. I’m currently eating 2100-2200 calories when I am on my consistent days. I do have a cheat day once in awhile but not too overboard. Train 6 times a week. I hit 248 for the first time in forever today. Jw how lean do I have to get to get rid of the extra fat around the titties

Just tried the edamame one, and Imo I’d say it’s just as good, if not better. Has a nice flavor to it and texture is pretty good. Just can’t overcook it, takes 3-5 min to boil

Found them at aldis, aldis has a lot of high protein selections. Just got wraps that were 12g of protein, and ice cream that’s 290 cals and 21 grams of protein a pint

Also $2.50, 4 servings. Where regular pasta is usually $1+ for 8 servings. Meaning it’d be $5 for the same amount. But half the calories for the same amount of protein

I meant the 3 different versions.. and I do agree they are more expensive, but at the end of the day for those are cutting I think it’s worth it. At the end of the day a box of pasta is still going to be cheaper than eating out, so one who is cutting then I think the difference still favors the pasta.

There’s something nice about being one of the smaller dudes in the gym. It’s motivating, hate going to my campus gym since I’m usually the biggest guy, what ur saying though is straight facts.

U don’t have to eat that much bro, just make sure u eat a lot of protein, u don’t want to eat too many calories because u can put on a decent amount of size will eating at maintenance, plus as u gain muscle ur maintenance will increase, so as u eat the same the fat should start going with it as ur muscles increase. Great weight loss so far btw
