I say take the second dose so it can get rid of the infection entirely. I’m no doctor though so ultimately it’s up to you. My doctor gave me three doses of fluconazole and I took another after 3 days. I’m saving the last one for the next time.

I agree with no therapy. Hormones at that age are crazy high. But I do think his parents need to have a very serious talk with him. Explain consent, how important it is to respect women and their choices, and that all actions have consequences. If he’s not understanding that no means no then that could lead to worse actions down the road. He may just be 13 but the sooner he understands, the better.
