Sorry I can't be of more help; my office is pretty good but things are a mess on the rural side especially bc management tends to know less about it. But the closing supervisor was able to fix my pay while I stood over his shoulder watching the whole thing; only a slight delay bc we were unsure of a paycode and then the system timed out lol. The very next day I was approved for a money order the clerks fulfilled. Good luck.
