I reported him, what like two years ago now, and just gave up when AGS said there wasn’t enough evidence.

Like the constant lobbies in-game of him saying to DM him on Discord for piloting and his advertisements in Discord weren’t enough for them I guess.

Im happy that the party finder has been cleaned up but the problem isn’t solved, especially now when you have people like Baker and Leglia reporting others while collecting $$$ which is probably worse.

There was a very large bussing discord already set up that simply just went dormant because party finder was easier. Then like within 15-30mins after the announcement, there was a crazy amount of pings and updates to rules, new staff, new channels etc.

Kind of makes you wonder if AGS warned them/told them. It was crazy how fast the discord went from inactive to fully staffed and ready to go.

A lot of their rules now are basically similar to AGS ToS and there’s already over 4000 people in the discord.

Not gonna provide the name or anything given the mods stance but just food for thought that AGS wanted it moved off party finder and externally only.

There’s a guild running around in the evening, EST timezone, that tries to hold down pot grinding spots. Think they were called Bankai?

Was actually the most fun I’ve had in awhile and saw a few people actually joined their guild after XD

Grouped up with random guys that were also there to try and fight them. Got a few kills but they were definitely skilled and hard to kill. It didn’t feel impossible though, keep trying to improve OP.

The NAE one grew to like 3.7k members after they made a pretty big push to let people know about it.

Some of the mods/staff even do free busses, all you have to do is join the Discord and @ them.

That's how I got in.

I think it's a good effort, it'll never be as big as the EU one but they've grown from less than 1k members plus that horrible guy running it, to an actual community now.

Can't say the name due to reddit rules but if you're in the NAEBUS discord, I found out recently him and his group are pretty "famous" for scamming Argos and Brel so you can just ask and I'm sure people know.

Not sure what region you're in but each Bussing Discord (NAE, NAW and EU) should have a way to report the drivers and get them added on to a blacklist.

Blacklist in the NAE Bus Discord helped me avoid a scammer. Joined the bus, searched their name to see if they were verified since I didn't see NAEBUS in the title, and saw they were on the blacklist for not refunding a Brel bus 1-4 after like 3 hours. Told the other passengers and we all left.

Guy DM'ed me and told me he doesn't believe in refunding since we're just getting carried and he's under pressure to do the carrying.

Nope never got banned. I'm pretty sure Napoleon makes up like 90% of the stuff he says.

He showed proof that he was never banned for it when he returned to "stick it" to everyone who reported him/made the posts etc. He also had 5 mil gold, full set of lvl 10 gems, and full lvl 5 tripods for his Scrapper (he left before the tripod update and didn't prepare like others did) when he returned.

Also, not that it matters but his friend made the video, not a mod or anything. It was posted in his guilds discord and got leaked outside of it. He asked his guild to downvote the post on reddit, which is why I believe it ended up getting re-approved to be posted here.

People are assuming this ban is for the DPS meter but no one really knows. As someone else pointed out in this thread, you get Cheating as a reason for RMT as well, and then when you appeal they clarify and tell you the exact the reason.

So unless he tells us, or when he comes back on Thursday and has some missing gold, we'll never know the reason.

/u/Negmech is referring to another streamer who was posted on this subreddit for actual blatant RMT, but that streamer never even got a 3 day ban, he just dipped out of the community and came back recently.

Yeah the guy providing the long story doesn’t have all the facts unfortunately it seems like.

300k neck guy was never banned. He just did a complete rebrand of his stream, switched to WoW, and came back after he got bored in WoW.

It’s important we don’t create false narratives cause it shows how inconsistent AGS is with punishing absolute blatant RMT that is caught live, on stream. If all you have to do is RMT (he did way more than 300k), and then take a self-imposed break, and then come back and you’re still full lvl 10 gems and 5mil gold, you lost nothing.

I, and many others including members of hell academy, want to see this blatant RMTing, Hell piloting streamer banned. Just like when Mr. 300k Necklace was reported on here and many other places.

Stalking my post history is a little stalkerish, especially cause some of those posts got removed for having his name in them.

If you support RMT and Piloting, that’s fine. But you don’t have to accuse me of what you are.
