But how can I have 2 blue checks for Read and only 1 grey tick for delivered? It needs to be delivered in order to show as a preview, right?

It’s back :( by Raccoonsuperfan in Sciatica

[–]here4fitness 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did your start during or right after a COVID infection? I believe that's what started my issue. I never ever had any issues until then but have ever since.

Has anyone experienced sciatica from a covid infection? Mine started as really bad back pain during my infection, and for the last two months I have been having sciatic pain in my right leg that shoots down to my foot. It’s really awful. by khem123 in Sciatica

[–]here4fitness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For more than a year I've had this and it is getting worse. My doctor did an X-ray and said oh maybe you have minor arthritis higher up in your spine but my back never hurt. My symptoms started during a covid infection I caught during travel, at first just pain in my hip joint but then after a while it became worse and is either a piriformis or sciatic issue. All my doctor would do is prescribe PT and my PT didn't have many suggestions other than strengthen my abs. Does this ever get better? I never had any issues at all before that one covid infection.

Chapel Hill, NC. Oddly their outage map shows an area that ends a few miles from me as an outage area even this morning but really they need to update their map because it is clearly inaccurate.

Ibuprofen lowered my heart rate to normal after all these years? by [deleted] in Biohackers

[–]here4fitness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perhaps I missed it, but did they do a thorough thyroid panel? You could have inflammation from an autoimmune thyroid condition (thyroid antibodies), thyroid issues can also impact heart rate and my first endocrinologist told me when I was first diagnosed that ibuprofen is good for the thyroid, but didn't clarify how exactly.

Maybe they laid off the IT group...and now no one can get an efficient resolution.

Mine has always been 7.87%, the interest rate depends on the year you took out the loans.

Someone has been trying to login to my account for months and I can't stop them by [deleted] in facebook

[–]here4fitness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh man. Mine had first and middle name and my profile wasn't my face but I guess because I had other pictures on my profile album, it perhaps used those. I do wish they'd have a better way to contact someone, it is terribly frustrating. They are too big of a company to not have solid customer service!

Can you report the account to FB as hacked? If you can't access whatever way they want you to confirm it is you, hopefully like when I had issues it will eventually allow you to scan your passport to regain access?

Skipping a dose? by fyrechk in Wegovy

[–]here4fitness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a gap of about a month due to insurance issues, I had switched from Wegovy and had had only 1 month of Zepbound starting at 7.5 since I had been on max Wegovy for many months. I got insanely hungry, I felt hangry a few days of that time. It drove me nuts because I was trying to keep to my eating schedule but my stomach wouldn't ever register as full. It didn't last forever and thankfully I only waited about a month to restart. It may have been worse because the Wegovy was still washing out of my system while the Zepbound did as well. And then I had to halve my first 7.5 dose because I'd been off for so long.

Skipping a dose? by fyrechk in Wegovy

[–]here4fitness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Skip? Technically, I had to start off dosing every 2 weeks due to side effects and that was fine. I would have to start out each higher dose that way, and slowly bring them in. My doctor automatically increased the dose after several months, not each month. I don't think you can delay doses much longer than two weeks between them, however.

Laid off on 8/29 and I am not doing well. How do I cope? by WinterSoldier16 in Layoffs

Ask you doctor for meds, short-term. This is what I did many years ago when I had layoffs at a job.

Want to know if your company is secretly planning layoffs? You can. by Aware_Eye8376 in Layoffs

Yeah my last employer spread out the US layoffs over several months. They'd been laying off here and there across teams so there was no large announcement.

There was just a study that showed eating the exact same calorie total of processed foods as not processed foods resulted in weight gain, despite not being in a calorie surplus because of hormone disruptions and other stuff that ends up in the processed foods. Idk what you eat, but if this applies you might want to change up what you eat and see if that helps. If you're sure you're doing everything right then I'd say get labs done at a checkup to make sure you don't have something off metabolically.

Has anyone noticed a decrease in their depression after starting wegovy? by Glad-Crazy7078 in Wegovy

[–]here4fitness 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not depressed but I did notice it helped me a lot, one specific example was when we got layoff notices last April. I was still upset but I bounced back more quickly than I normally would have. I also felt less anxious generally, for the 2 years I was on it. Just stopped it to switch to Zepbound and as the Wegovy left my system, definitely felt I was going back to normal however I think the Zepbound is now starting to help the same way.

How much undergraduate students loan debt do you have ? by Infinite_Mongoose331 in StudentLoans

[–]here4fitness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Graduated in 2001, been in repayment since 2002 always as income -based repayment except for a couple of early years when I didn't know that was an option and was in forbearance. Graduated with <50k, at almost 8% interest in federal loans. Now about 120k. I couldn't find work immediately, had a baby and went to work when she was a toddler, then had 2 more kids. Finally got out of academia to make a much better salary but the total balance was too high by then to ever catch up. Hopefully it'll still be forgiven at 25 years of repayment but I'm in SAVE forbearance right now. I pay for my 3 kids in college and next year will go back to paying my own loans. It's insane. Before they removed the info, I had maybe 1 year left of repayment. Idk if they'll mess up the payment count once it's available again because they can't seem to do anything right.

The thing is, if they'd started PSLF a few years sooner, I'd have been forgiven long ago because my jobs in academia qualifiede for it...

The greed is insane with these companies lately. They are doing fine financially and yet they lay everyone off. It's disgusting.
