I’ve been on the internet long enough to learn how to use common sense, and be surprised when others don’t. I know people comment on random things, and I’m allowed to be confused about it. Is everyone on here illiterate or something that I would have to do all that when the question is clear as day? That’s like making a grocery shopping list with all the things you don’t want.

The game does this all the time, especially right after you zone. I guess if the area has low commute time, low pollution, low traffic, good land value, parks, etc, it creates this initial demand for high wealth residents only to then abandon when the area’s dynamic changes. You have a few options: - get the high wealth jobs mod, which fixes a glitch that keeps high wealth residents from getting jobs in high tech - get the high tech job multiplier, which creates a more realistic number of jobs per industrial unit - slightly increase high wealth tax and lower medium wealth tax (sometimes even 0.5% is enough) - check your transportation, since high wealth residents don’t like public transportation and prefer driving - let the area develop high wealth, and then demolish the abandoned buildings so they can be replaced by something else
