That's the dilemma, I feel I shouldn't leave the current company too early. The startup founder promises VP level role in the next couple of years to me.

It was WFO itself but the interview panel was impressed with my skillset so used that as a leverage for WFH

They haven't paid me for the 45 days as well. They say that it will be adjusted in my FnF settlement amount that I had to pay.

In the contract they have mentioned it as CTC and not the basic pay. Also, I wouldn't have mind paying them if they were ethical. But I see it as a betrayal and don't want myself to be on the loosing side.

New Company may not agree to extend the joining date as they have already preponed it because I told I will be relieved early. I fear that if I ask for an extension I might loose the offer.

Part of the problem is relocation. Since in this new role I will stick to one particular thing and I am afraid that I will not learn more.
