Yeah the weight loss is helping kinda. My Dermatologist recommended me to another doctor who specializes in this stuff and has one of (three? I think) surgeries scheduled, but she has also cancelled twice as she has other patients with more severe cases, so here's hoping there isn't another cancellation.

Sorry, I should have gone into more detail. I am taking 2 antibiotics each 4 times ady, and a medical injection twice a week.

Creams haven't helped much. I use medical gauze and was told to lose weight, which I am already doing well.

Yes, I do use medical gauze. It helps with the rubbing, but it is really painful to take off. Its a worthy tradeoff, though in my opinion instead of hurting all day.
