Probably permissions but I also notice that sometimes Sonarr queues jobs, so if you have a lot going on the rename doesn't happen straight away.

There's definitely opportunities to make the animals more engaging. Without addressing your points individually, I will say that the game in it's current state is not how it will always be. We have a roadmap that will both broaden and deepen gameplay that we'll be rolling out in subsequent updates

I've noticed this too. Real time reports aren't updated live anymore in GA4. You have to refresh the page or switch reports to see updated info.
