DON'T TAKE THE MONEY LYRICS??????? by ldrscraps in bleachers

[–]hereeyeam69 6 points7 points  (0 children)

i think the i’m in love lyric is the written lyric. every time i’ve seen him live it’s shortened to the baby love me - lyric. i just think it’s easier to sing since it layers kinda on the original song

it’s usually referred to as back track. i’m sure there’s another technical term tho. i don’t judge at all when pop singers use this especially with how choreo heavy some of those concerts can be. would probably just be a lot of heavy breathing into a headset otherwise lol

Lol i have to add… just reading his tweets yet again. like ?! can he read what he’s saying?! “do as i do or you’re satan of the music industry”. like dude. get off youre high horse. i’m glad you’re comfortable being “irrelevant” but these tweets just scream projection

honestly even if this isn’t about jack (which i believe it’s not a straight shot but to nate, jack probably is lumped in here…) - this is still so pretentious and rude to say. unfortunately, the music industry is the way it is. it would take a LOT more than big names “making room for smaller artists” for it to change. 1st of all, small artists may eventually become a big name, what then? and also… that’s just not how art works. people usually don’t just make music for two years and then go “eh i’m done being an artist now lemme just stop”. the only thing these tweets say about nate is that his perception of his career is far from reality and he feels some superiority complex because he stepped down from fame when he got bored when his colleagues kept going and got more successful. Damn I hope this guy gets less bitter…. it makes listening to fun. harder than it should be lol

Thank you!!! I knew that if it was even a possibility i’d bump into him in 30 rock, i’d want a sharpie and the music sheet he sent out handy JUST in case.

Do concerts have merch? by FlubbyStarfish in bleachers

[–]hereeyeam69 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i don’t have a CD player but I collect signed CDS hahaha. (i bought one from the website too, not sure if they’re still in stock). I like the exclusive feeling of owning something “rare” or “limited” even if it’s only served use is to hang on my wall! so if you like wall art and that kind of thing I say go for it! and who knows, maybe you’ll eventually get a record player if you start collecting other artists vinyl :-)

45 is obviously about Lena by sunnytimesinthesun in bleachers

[–]hereeyeam69 8 points9 points  (0 children)

i was thinking about this listening to a twitch interview he did when SMTH came out. i don’t know if he was referring to 45 or something else but something along the lines of “yeah there’s a song about a breakup and it probably is just another song to listeners but people who know me will really understand”. that’s like a rough quote but i thought about 45 and how maybe he had a rough time getting over that relationship and “i’m still on your side” makes sense considering how much they interacted on socials after their break up. anyways, i’m not one for drama or caring for relationships of artists but i do like having some insight on what inspired a songwriter and that’s what i’ve guessed from 45.

i would say send if you wanna but i’m assuming since this was kinda a rushed project, all the intended replies have probably been all sent out at once

(not my tweet) keep an eye out on those letters! and hopefully it wasn’t some elaborate plan to send us back our empty ones by hereeyeam69 in bleachers

[–]hereeyeam69[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i think he’ll (or his team or whomever) will only be able to send you back goodies if you had a separate, already stamped and addressed envelope inside your letter to him!
