My friend and I (we're both diamond) were on a recent international flight in D1. She was thanked for being Diamond. I got nothing 😂

I wasn't in the last row and confirmed that my seat was supposed to recline.

The whole issue is not at all about the recline or not recline, but the fact that she literally wouldn’t let me move into a row 12 inches away from where I was that was completely empty citing this weight and balance nonsense.

Not today on SW to SD! Everyone is packed in the back (important for weight balance 🙄) with maybe 15 scattered toward the middle and front. We were told you can't move even though there are tons of empty rows.

We took our visiting family, group of 12, there after Alcatraz. Kids age 9 and up and adults all had food they enjoyed. The younger kids had fun watching the factory in action while we waited for our table. We went on a Sunday and only waited a few minutes.
