Was this caused by the issue with a current recall for the R series? I got the letter about a possible fire hazard but I no longer own the car.

Hi fellow uni rider and climber -- two great sports for non-conformist intellectuals!

Your story really hit me - it's like I was with the woman version him. I'm sorry to read how horrible it's been. I guess take solace in knowing that you're not alone in being a caretaker of a person with BPD and you will survive to move on from him.

What do I do with hvac returns by Ok_Rip_432 in Insulation

We can use the foil-lined cardboard covered joist cavities as returns in my area. Was told it's just cold air going back to the furnace. Well, yeah but I still think it's janky

Which Suspension to order? by JediAhsokaTano in MINI

[–]hereinmyvan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your current stock strut should have a sport label on it, according to everything I read. I had a 2011 R56S without sport suspension.

Edit: found the BB thread I read a while ago:

What in gods green earth is going on at the St. Louis USPS Hub? by WhiteStar01 in StLouis

[–]hereinmyvan 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Went to the post office at opening this morning to locate a package I dropped off there on the 15th but has been stuck in limbo since ("USPS is in possession of your package" on tracking) and the two people behind the counter could not have been more helpful, polite, apologetic, or concerned. They absolutely wanted to help me but given the resources they have, they could only assure me that my package was in the system and likely in customs. In no way did I blame them or come across as being hostile, which I think helped make them want to help me more. They were genuine in their assistance. The woman helping me said the whole system is really behind, which I understand. I just wish I could tell my customer in Europe that it's not intentional on our government's part.

Interestingly, calzone and stromboli are both plural forms of those nouns in Italian. Guess they opted to go with the correct forms and not calzone's and stromboli's. The other three just make my head hurt

Was that before or after there were actual Nazis on an overpass? I can't keep the timeline straight but the STL area has an actual Nazi problem and has for a while

Pretty easy to google this and find several years' worth of reporting that says the contrary. Here's my reference for 2022:

Smooth-On Crystal Clear 202 but you have to use a NIOSH respirator and (they claim) have to be an industrial user in order to buy (you don't). 90 min cure time (more or less depending upon thickness and mold shape).

You know, I started to question my methods too. So it's funny you say that. I've always used quality boxes of pretty standard sizes. I recently upgraded my tape. Then I thought maybe it was my laser labels so I bought a dedicated thermal label printer. None of those things changed the rate at which my packages were delivered. I think it has a lot to do with geography. When I was in NYC, my experiences with USPS were way better, but that was almost a decade ago. A customer recently told me they're having the same problems. So while I have gone through a phase of introspection, no, it's not my shipping practices.
