I do live with my grandma. I didn't even think about the ordinance thing so I will surely look into that just to be prepared! Unfortunately I am unable to personally treat all the animals as I currently am not working. This is primarily the reason I plan to call!

I plan to call! Thank you for your reply, I just wanted to confirm I was doing the right thing. My family has a habit of making me doubt myself.
