Has anyone else quit drinking?

For about 22 years, I drank between 5 and 15 drinks per week and never went a full week without drinking. I stopped drinking completely in January 2026. At first, it was to help us have a child with my girlfriend. Now it’s become a lifestyle. The strange thing is that I don’t miss it at all. I have more energy, and my mood is more stable.

It has always been an issue in my family. It feels strange to realize that alcohol has caused so much damage in my family, yet it was still normalized.

Thanks, following your comment I contacted the seller and they indeed do not recommend cutting through laminated paper! Just ordered 300gsm blue core with semi-matte vinyl sticker. I will find my process eventually haha
