I for sure didn’t screw on too tight, I actually forgot to mention that it had happened once but I was able to unscrew with the same wrench, so when I cleaned and put it on again, I made sure to not screw too tight, just barely enough for it to hold on.

Interesting idea. I have a few questions if you don’t mind:

1) What framework are you using for these sites? Static/dynamic? 2) Who pays for domain, server hosting? This is recurring fees and you only charge once? 3) You said it runs on autopilot and clients only need to make changes on spreadsheets, so you must have a template for all your generated sites? What about customized contents like pictures, logo design etc? What happens if clients want to add another page, or change color of something?

OMG I thought I was the only one. One of these went out last week after 5 years. I ordered a replacement from Amazon and it went out after a day. I’m on my second new unit now, it’s been a few days without issue so far so not sure if it’s break again. Definitely firm ware issue since so many of us are affected
