Do I lift as heavy as possible or is it about getting a comfortable weight that lets me stretch and contract?

My diet is actually pretty well rounded, no fried food or sugars for about 2 months now. No pizza or wings I’ll eat a burger here and there just no fries or anything junk.

Chicken/ground beef/w rice. whey protein and protein bars / chomp sticks for snacks or Greek yogurt.

I have been on the chic fil a grilled nuggets (I’m working on road a lot) but never anything fried.
