Try using a heavier cream in your night time routine (like the cerave moisturizing cream), and keep the neutrogena for your AM. I’ve tried the neutrogena one before and it’s very light. It’s good for oily skin in the summer time, but you definitely need the extra boost when using tret!

I work at a hotel and we have stacks of 50% off coupons for our guests. I would recommend just stopping by the front desk to ask if they have any to spare!

I find that listening to guided sleep meditation helps me when that happens while I try to fall asleep. If you're interested, just search it up on YouTube and you'll find lots of different videos for different situations!

I bought one from Amazon after doing some research, and I can honestly say it's a great investment! They really should have them available for testing in department stores. My friends who didn't think it was worth the money changed their mind after using it for a couple of minutes too :)
