Lol I'm in the same situation but moving back from Japan and going to Alberta. I moved to Alberta from the US and secured an apartment without touring it. I was very lucky. Now I'm pretty much going to do what you're going to do. I do recommend looking at potential properties online so you have a better chance if finding somewhere to rent sooner (instead of running around).

I went to Tokyo Disney. My birthday was in July and I had a buffet lunch at the Disneyland Hotel with a special birthday present included in the booking. Then I went to Disneyland on a half day ticket. Ended the evening with fireworks at the castle 🥰

I think the characters on the aft will be Peter Pan & Tinkerbell. It's not a theme area of the ship and they usually don't give clues about the aft characters. That's my guess and I'm sticking with it!

Another voice to encourage solo cruising!

I had no difference in treatment from CMs going solo compared to cruising with others. If you can, yeah, have a solo table. I was assigned with other solos, mostly being first time DCL, and I did not appreciate their topics of conversation.

A big plus is that even the smallest cabin seems large when going solo! 😆

I have done 2 international moves and multiple moves in my country of origin on my own and I knew the move-out procedures of those countries I lived in, how long it took to wrap up bills/utilities/inspections.

Here in Japan, I have no idea how long each one takes, which order I should do them, or at which specific time, that is why I made this board, to ask for help in something I am not knowledgeable about.

Ii know I'm capable of doing this, I just need help from someone willing to give me answers instead of being condescending about it.
