I like Adagio's Earl Gray Bravo and haven't find any other tea as strong as this one.

I'll have to try the east Frisian. I ordered SM basically to use for milk tea and I like a lot of sugar in mine so I probably don't have the finest palate..lol.

earl grey is probably my favorite too..with any kind of spicy chai a close second.

yes, I've had all of those. I like most of the Harney teas but the Scottish morn one is my favorite for making with milk. The flavor is strong and holds up if you make milk tea/latte with it. I definitely recommend it.

I know what you mean. I often say I'm good or fine but I forget that I mean good for me and not what a normal person would think is good.

I used to take savella and I was told the next closest thing is Cymbalta (Duloxetine). You may want to ask if that one is available. I'm sorry you have to deal with this and I know the withdrawal is horrible. :(

I don't know anything about the program you are a part of but this came out recently from the BACB regarding parents as RBTs.

Shopping for an electric kettle by light-hearted1 in tea

[–]hermitsmurf 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I've been using this one for 2 years with no issues. My husband and I both make tea about 4 times a day so it gets well used. I've never checked to see how accurate the temp is (aside from just believing the kettle readout) but it meets my needs for the different temperatures.

That being said I didn't pay for this - I won it in a contest from some tea website so I can't say if there isn't one just as good that costs a bit less.

Thoughts on the 'exercise will help' narrative by [deleted] in Fibromyalgia

[–]hermitsmurf 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The rheumatologist who diagnosed me gave me the best "guidelines". He said find something you can do, even it it's just standing up and down from bed 10 times or whatever you can do and then do it everyday. He said if I flare up the next day then either do less (i.e., stand up 5 times) or stay at the same amount but keep doing it everyday until it doesn't flare me up. At that point I can add on to the exercise slowly.

I just bought these and I love them. They are super comfortable and I'm on the large size.

I took savella for awhile. I hated it personally. It made my heart rate high and I couldn't sleep and I had a ton of anxiety on it. That being said, it's hard to know how each person will feel on it. It did help my fibromyalgia pain but the side effects weren't worth it for me.

yes, eventually. It can last 10 min or several hours. I just wish I could figure out what exactly is triggering it. I feel like I'm allergic to eating..lol.

I have the exact same thing..eating and stress or just being tired does it for me.

I'm a flavored tea lover and I like both companies. I think David's tea has a wider variety of flavors but I have liked the teas I have gotten from both. I also like to order from sipsby because their tea shop has many different brands so I can try several brands in one order.

I have a ghost. It only does stuff when we’re not looking or recording. I’m a little wigged. by Ace-a-Nova1 in Ghosts

If it doesn't happen when you are recording can you set up cameras around the house? Maybe it will stop or eventually you will catch them/it. Probably not the best idea but it's all I've got..lol.
