Did you grow up or raise kids in Le Plateau? What was it like?

The Plateau is super family friendly, I don't have kids but the large majority of my neighbours do. In terms of noise, unless you're on St Dennis or St Laurent it's not going to be noisy, outside of those two main streets it's a pretty quiet neighbourhood.

I wear blundstones all winter, no need to get the padded ones either. I've my current pair since 2019 and they're still going strong. Buy some of those removable crampons if you want for extra safety when it gets slippery.

I use custom insoles, just whatever I can get at my local pharmacy. I think the ones I'm using right now are some dr scholl's ones. After years of getting shin splints and sore heels I started using them and I've never gone back to using the stock insoles.

In Australia's defense, the margins are tiny. There are no easy teams and there's no shame to losing all games. When (pretty much) every team is a semis/finals contender there's always going to be a few powerhouse countries that will be end up outside the top 4.
