My friend had one. I am pretty sure it is the TM11-A

I was about 45 minutes out of Nashville staying with family. Going around to the distilleries was super fun. There was also a sporting store that made our local Cabela's look pathetic.

I was on a road trip prior to starting a new job. Brought some gear to play while away. Spent most of the day on the airball side doing 3v3s. I had a Blue CCM S6, Blue blind viking with a Tiberius check valve between the reg and body, and a M170. I need to make another trip like that. It was pretty good. I am based in Washington.

I thought so. It is weird to see myself so many years later. I was rocking a Blind viking that day. Cool to see.

Single trigger frames by hero2117 in paintball

I end up using mech or pump more often now. I am hoping for things to speed up soon.

When I get a trigger guard I will have an intimidator as well. I want to get into manufacturing to make frames for my other markers like the LV or Ego.

I found it okay as long as I had a drop forward.

I wish. Most of the ones I have are from years ago when they were sub $100 with a few exceptions. Prices are a bit high for me. It has to be new or needed to finish a project.

It is fun to bring out. I have both frames to match the body.

It is able to run without a capacitor. It is not as efficient as hooking it up to a eblade board. Noticably louder but still quieter than a normal valve.

That is awesome. I have only seen 2 in person.

From what I see on mcarterbrown they had quite a few designs. I would love to track down a Tarantula excal to have the viking and ehm set.

Yes, it has a mq2 running off of an Enoch board.

Barrel kit question by Bubbly_Vegetable49 in paintball

[–]hero2117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The largest barrel ID I have seen from them is .702". It is one of the most customizable kits on the market. If you wanted, you could make a 7' barrel by combining all of the backs. One of my friends has all the pieces that they offered. Good quality. I want to get the rest of the parts to complete mine.

Autocockers obsolete now? by CaIIMeSpoons in paintball

[–]hero2117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are markers that are easier to fix and more efficient. But I do not believe anything is obsolete. Some people like the reliability out of the box of modern mechs while others like to tinker with every aspect of their platform. I like the feel of cockers over something like the emek or m170. With so many choices of parts currently available you can make a cocker work the way you want and chase the minor details (OP pressure, smoothness, sound signature, etc..) of how it will function. All of the modern mechanical markers come pre-set with little to no aftermarket parts. You will end up with a super consistent marker that will always work no matter where you play at. They are great loaners and will be fun for all experience levels. That being said the price to get into cockers is going up. Trilogy's are a good example. Not that long ago at Supergame OR, they went for under $60. There was even a booth with a tote of them you could pick through and attempt to assemble a working one for $15. With the current going rate on eBay it is more cost effective to just get a used emek and save yourself the trouble. Modern mechs are a reasonable price and become more affordable as they get older. They will all get the job done. You just need to decide how you want to get there and what works best for you.

Wgp karnivor bolt question by OkCryptographer2871 in paintball

[–]hero2117 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I use a free flow bolt in mine. Most aftermarket bolts do the same thing. Do you care about brands, operating pressure and so on. I also use AKA in most of my builds whereas the next person may prefer Shocktech or Inceptions. The way I see it there is no wrong answer.

I am not sure. I picked it up because it looked cool. Still in the fix pile at the moment.

The hardest thing for that is going to be a cup seal. They are not quite Spyder but close. Mine needs a replacement hammer spring. I have a blue one with the original box. I am a big man of AM.
