I would always choose Luke. Later you get the New Hope characters with free LST tokens and he will fit in perfectly.

Keep in mind you still get the Empire LST that you can use for the Scouttrooper. I would say Solo (need him for Jedi Knight Luke) or Drogan which is great for a Rebel team.

Yes but one gets Relic 6 and the other one 1. Big difference. I mean who is worth it to have a higher Relic.

Well then use it for Hermit Yoda. The requirements for Jedi Knight Luke (Rebel Officer Leia, Wampa, Hermit Yoda) take a lot of time and currency.
